Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started

During our first appointment, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your background, and set goals for our work together. It’s an opportunity for you to share your concerns and for me to understand how best to support you. We'll go at your pace, so you don't need to share anything until you feel comfortable.
