“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

— Brene Brown

Hello, I'm Raizy.

I work with strong, capable women who are managing life well, but have reached a point where something deeper needs attention.

You may look like you have it all together on the outside, yet still carry invisible wounds that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not fully yourself. You may have parts of you that learned to perform, perfect, or please in order to stay safe. And parts you've had to push aside just to function—like the overwhelmed part, the angry part, or the one that simply wants to rest.

Old patterns may keep resurfacing, or a part of you knows it’s time to stop pushing things aside and tend to what’s underneath. That’s where our work begins.

My Approach

I use trauma-informed, compassionate methods to help you explore and heal the parts of yourself that may be stuck in old pain or protective roles. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), I guide you toward healing that happens not just in your mind, but in your body and nervous system.

This work reconnects you with who you are inside, beneath the survival strategies and self-doubt. With time, you’ll feel more clarity, more space inside, and a stronger connection to your clarity, confidence, and sense of self.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often tell me they feel safe, deeply understood, and finally able to name things they’ve carried for years. I bring warmth, clarity, and steady support to the therapy process. I’ll never push you before you’re ready—but I will help you go deeper when you are.

Therapy with me is structured and intentional, but never rigid. We move in a way that honors your nervous system, your capacity, and your courage. This work is layered and meaningful. It’s for people who are ready to do the real work—slowly, gently, but fully.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not seeing clients, I’m usually with my husband and kids. I enjoy spending time outside, quiet moments with a good book, and nerding out about holistic healing.

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to lose track of what you actually need. A big part of this work is helping you slow down, tune in, and make space for what matters.

WORK HISTORY

Before starting my private practice, I worked at a community mental health center, where I supported adults facing complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. That experience deepened my understanding of how layered and connected our emotional struggles can be.

It also strengthened what I now hold as a core belief: lasting change happens when we look beneath the surface, at the real roots of what’s going on, not just the symptoms. That perspective continues to guide my work today.

Therapeutic Modalities

I want to help you get to the root of your struggle, not just the symptoms.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use a combination of approaches that support deeper healing. These include:

Together, we’ll figure out what’s right for you and your system.
